This website is designed for high school and college students who are stressed from work, school, homework, exams/quizzes, sports or a combination of the listed stressors. This website's goal is to give you tips and various stress relieving tools for you to use when you feel like you're in a deep rut and cannot get out. Each of the tabs will offer you advice and an explanation on how to use the tips, etc. The Exercise tab offers different exercises to do and instructions on how to do the exercises. The tab also has pictures demonstrating how to do the exercise if the explanation isn't enough. Exercising is a great way to relieve stress, increase positive emotions, and makes you feel better overall. If you need a great workout and don't mind breaking a sweat, the exercise tab is perfect for you but if that's not your thing try one of the other great tabs that offers a different strategy.
Music is also a great way to relieve stress. Soft and gentle music relaxes the body. If you haven't listened to music to relieve stress you should try it. On the music tab there are different examples of music that you can listen to so you can relieve stress.
The social support and strategy tab offers various strategies for different types of situations when coping with stress. This tab will be broken down into a few parts to figure out where you stand currently on what type of stress situation you are currently in. It will also offer tips on that specific area on how to resolve those challenges depending on which category you stand in. This tab will also offer strategies on how to cope with stress for college students when they feel overwhelmed by a particular area such as tests, exams, work, etc.
